* Football Boots & Trainers
* Always bring warm clothing
* Shin guards MUST be warn
* Plenty of drink (no fizzy)
* Medication if required
GAME PLAN
The sessions are for boys & girls of any ability and are based around fun and educational coaching sessions aiming to build confidence as well as learning new skills.
Sessions will cover skills, turning, passing, shooting and understanding of match situations.
The sessions will always begin with a warm up and end with a small sided game followed by a cool down.
